The end of qualifying last night left 3 out of the 4 Northwest contenders packing up and watching the rest of the weekend.

Ian attacked the first clipping point with all the fury of a top 3 FD driver but got offline a bit and end up spinning. This is unfortunate as we at UPG were rooting for you! Sorry Ian. See you at the next event.

Victor had engine troubles through the day.

Roland made the top 32 on his second run but sitting on the bubble has it’s drawbacks and he was bumped out.

Nikolay had some trouble with the entry on his first run and was very shallow but with the help of his spotters nailed it on the second run and he is in the running for top 16 tonight. Good job Niko!!

Let’s put some energy towards Vegas and push Niko as he will be pitted against the best drivers, currently in FD, tonight in his battle to get into the top 16!

We are so proud of Nico (Nikolay Konstantinov)! All the hard work from Randy, Erik, Erich and the rest of Nico’s crew and family payed off in triple. Everybody has hopes of doing well at competition, as we did, but never did we expect to do so well.

Well the bar has been raised, watch for us at the next stop in August!!

Thank you, everybody, for all your support for Nico. Hearing the cheers in the crowd was enough to give anybody warm fuzzies.
